The radiator tube mainly uses a copper tube with a bite. The surface of the copper tube material of the bite is coated with a layer of tin-lead solder (referred to as a copper tube with a copper tube) to achieve welding and forming a closed cavity. The radiator is hung with a copper bite. The tin tube needs to be pickled before hanging tin. The tin-plating process mainly uses 30% tin and 70% lead solder. The pickling liquid and lead dust all form a huge pollution to the environment, and the hanging tin forms a closed type. The cavity method not only has low production efficiency, low weld strength, but also low yield and no material saving.

The production method of high-frequency aluminum alloy welded tubing tube for radiator, the production method comprises the following steps: (1) designing a set of continuous coil forming roller sets; (2) passing the aluminum alloy strip through the above-mentioned coil forming roller set After continuous cold bending, the aluminum alloy strip is formed into a tube with a V-shaped welded joint; (3) the V-shaped welded joint of the tube is passed through a high-frequency induction coil, so that the V-shaped welded joint generates a high-frequency current. And the junction of the V-shaped welded joints is rapidly heated to melt; (4) applying pressure to the tube at the junction of the V-shaped welded joints by the pressing rolls, so that the melted V-shaped welded joints are welded and bonded to form a sealed type Cavity. The method for producing the high-frequency welded pipe of the aluminum alloy radiator of the invention has high production efficiency, high finished product rate, material saving, no pollution, and high weld seam strength of the aluminum alloy radiator high-frequency welded pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the aluminum alloy heat sink produced by the method for producing the high-frequency welded pipe of the aluminum alloy heat sink of the present invention has higher weld strength and high production efficiency than the copper pipe of the original heat sink. The finished product rate is improved and the material is saved. The  high-frequency aluminum alloy welded pipe for radiator is directly processed by the raw material through the high-frequency induction welding of the unit, and is non-polluting, and is suitable for mass production of the high-frequency welded pipe of the aluminum alloy radiator.
