1.Extra large extrusion ratio

Reaching more than 400 times, more than 8 times the limit of aluminum extrusion process.
2.Super high dimensional accuracy
The dimensional accuracy of acer micro channel aluminum flat tube is much higher than the national standard of "Hot Extrusion Tubes for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Research". According to national standards, the dimensional deviation of the width of a typical variety of 16mm is ± 0.3mm, and the deviation of the width dimension of acer micro channel aluminum flat tube is ± 0.03mm, even if the requirement is high, it must be increased to ± 0.01 ～ ± 0.02mm.
3.Air tightness
