Mainly used on the water wall of large-capacity power station boilers. Compared with commonly used light tubes,3003 inner grooved aluminium tube is a seamless tube whose inner wall is processed into a spiral. It can maintain the nucleate boiling state under high heat load operation conditions, so as to avoid film boiling and prevent the tube from burning out. At present, the internal thread alloy aluminum tube can be roughly divided into two types: small diameter single-head internal thread alloy aluminum tube and medium diameter multi-head internal thread alloy aluminum tube. The former is made by cutting the inner surface of the tube with a super-hard turning tool, and the latter is made by cold-drawing with special-shaped tools.



The 3003 inner grooved aluminium tube is a patent of the U.S. Patbork Company. The geometry of the thread is to prevent the tube from overheating under high thermal load, and considering the frictional resistance of the fluid and the influence on the strength of the tube, it is determined by many years of experimental research.
